Mama, Baby, & Bump Yoga is designed to help you connect with your breath, body, and baby through the flow of yoga ✨

In this class we honor the softness and the strength of the body during pregnancy and postpartum, embracing the full spectrum of this transformative journey. 🌸

Each session weaves together movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and deeply connected to yourself and your baby. 💫

This class is open to women during all stages of pregnancy, as well as new mothers and their babies. After 45 minutes of practice, you’ll have the chance to connect with other new mothers over a relaxing cup of tea. 🫖

All experience levels are welcome — whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is designed to meet you where you are on your journey. 🪷

Julia Bair Romero is a doula, yoga teacher, and mother of two, deeply committed to supporting women through the transformative journey into motherhood 💫

With a profound understanding of both the physical and emotional aspects of pregnancy and postpartum, Julia creates yoga classes that help you to tap into your inner strength and wisdom. Her teachings focus on cultivating stability, confidence, connection, and authenticity, guiding you toward alignment both on and off the mat.

Julia completed her Yoga Teacher Training at the Kula Yoga Project in Soho, NYC and has been teaching for over 8 years. She also trained as a doula at Espai Mima’m in Barcelona, and is passionate about integrating her experience in both fields to offer a holistic approach to pregnancy and postpartum.
